With the development of the mobile web, many desktop websites have made mobile versions of their websites. The main goal of providing a mobile version is they want to offer a better browsing experience when tablet and smart phone users are visiting their websites.

When your website is user-friendly on computer, it may be not accessible on a mobile device. To make it available as well, most website owners choose to create a Lite version of their desktop website for mobile device owners – they cut content and features that regular websites have.
We do not need a simplified version of a desktop website! Instead, we prefer to load the traditional websites on our mobile devices, even if the device is iPhone, which just has a small screen for one-handed use.
Safari, the default mobile browser on iPhone does not allow users to access the desktop version of a website. But there are many third party browsers that can help visit the desktop version, preventing you from being redirected to a mobile version of a website on iPhone.
Mercury
Mercury web browser is a mobile browser that is available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. It has a feature that enables you to view all desktop versions of websites in it. By switching to a new user agent of a desktop browser (such as IE 6, desktop Firefox or Chrome), all of the websites you visit in Mercury browser will be loaded with their desktop version.

Whenever you want to access the mobile version of a website, change the user agent again.
Google Chrome
Google Chrome for iOS is another browser that helps to turn off the mobile versions of websites. Although it does not allow you to enable the desktop view mode all the time, for every website that you want to view its desktop version, you can access it temporarily.

Once you have opened a webpage, click the menu icon and choose Request Desktop Site to start reloading the current page so that you can get the desktop version.
Diigo
If you really need to disable the mobile view mode of any website, Diigo (formerly iChromy) is available for you to load all webpages with the desktop version by default.

In the Settings of Diigo, you can identify it as a desktop browser (e.g., Safari 5, IE 9, Firefox 4.0.1, IE 7 and Chrome 16) to access the desktop versions of webpages. Diigo can mimic the UserAgent string to trick websites into regarding it as a desktop web browser.

Conclusion
In some cases, for you the full desktop version may be preferred. If you use a browser on iPhone to load a mobile version of a website and it offers an option to let you access its desktop version at the bottom of the webpage, you can view the desktop version by just clicking the link. If not, try the mobile browsers above to turn off the mobile versions of websites and enable their desktop versions.

5. On the right side of the screen, tap the item labeled "UAString," then select "Desktop."
