Your card provider declined the charge when we attempted to charge your card. They don’t give us the specific reason the charge was declined, so you’ll need to contact them directly to find out why this payment failed. We won't be able to give you any more information or charge the card again until you resolve any issues with the company and re-add this or another valid payment method to your account.
You'll be able to resume advertising on Facebook when you’ve added a valid payment method to your account and paid the unsettled balance:
In the meantime, all of the ad campaigns associated with your account have been stopped. Any ads that were active and/or scheduled will resume once the balance has been paid.
