It's Time to Replace TMG
As you no doubt know, Microsoft announced Forefront TMG’s end of life (http://fastvue.co/tmgreporter/blog/forefront-tmg-end-of-life-announcement) in September 2012, and that Microsoft’s Reputation Services (MRS) will be ‘turned off’ on the 31st of December 2015.

Microsoft has discontinued both Forefront TMG and UAG, and you're left searching for alternatives.

Officially there is no Microsoft Solution to replace Forefront TMG.
Threat Management Gateway and so on, the absence of a future roadmap for the product—and its relegation to the backburner, being provided only security fixes for a limited period of time—is a point of concern. The window is now open for other vendors to provide integration and migration services to TMG customers as Microsoft exits this market. If you’re rethinking your edge protection, it’s a smart move to exclude Microsoft from your plans. In any event, they’ve decided to move on, and you should, too.
I have several customers that wanted to deploy TMG Server as a web proxy/firewall back-end, but we all know that TMG is dieing? Which product offers exactly the same functionalities?
