شركة fortinet هي شركة امريكية تأسست عام 2000 بواسطة Ken Xie المدير التنفيذي السابق NetScreen ,وتم تاسيسها بواسطة فريق قوي وله خبره طويلة في مجال امن المعلومات والحماية , مقرها في امريكا تحديدا في Sunnyvale وتعتبر من اقوى الشركات على الاطلاق في هذا المجال بحيث لها منتجات عديده لمختلف احجام الشبكات الصغيره والمتوسطة والكبيره كذلك الشبكات الكبيره جدا مثل البنية التحتيه لمزودي خدمات الانترنت وغيرها من الشبكات العملاقة جداونستطيع القول بأنها من اقوى الشركات التي تقدم حلول UTM على مستوى العالم.
