Method 1: 0m4s Right click on Windows Start Button\Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Change advanced sharing settings (on the left panel)\All Networks\All Networks (On the bottom): Expand it\ scroll down to bottom and TURN OFF PASSWORD PROTECTED SHARING.
Method 2: 0m56s Right click on Windows Start Button\Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools\Local Security Policy\Local Policies\Security Options\Accounts: Limit Local account use of blank passwords to console logon only: change it to DISABLED. Click on apply and OK.
