المشكلة :

فجأة تجد المواقع على الكلاود فلير لا تفتح بدون ان يظهر اى رسالة خطا
والمواقع تفتح من خلال VPN بشكل سليم ولكن من خلال الانترنت ISP لا تفتح

اعراض المشكلة :
لا تفتح المواقع ! او تفتح بعد بطىء شديد ! او تفتح من اجهزة واجهزة اخري لا !
قد تفتح من الراوتر ولكن لا تفتح من باقة الهاتف !

سبب المشكلة :

هذه المشكلة ليس لها علاقة بالسيرفر ولا الفايروول طالما ان لا خطا يظهر

قد يكون بسبب WARP Availability issues

وقد يكون بسبب الانترنت الخاص ISP عمل BLOCK لايبيهات Cloudflare
واتضح بالفعل ان السبب فى الانترنت فى مصر من شبكات الانترنت

تم معرفة سبب المشكلة وهى ليست لها علاقة بكلاود فلير نهائيا المشكلة مع ISP
للتوضيح هذه المشكلة فى مجموعة من ايبيهات كلاود فلير تم عمل لها BLOCK من ISP
لذلك هتجد احيانا المواقع تفتح واحيانا لا تفتح بسبب شركات الانترنت قامت بحظر
بعض ايبيهات كلاود فلير بالخطا.

ومن المعروف ان الانترنت فى مصر ممنوع عنه VPN وشركات الانترنت تقوم بحظر IPS
فتجدها تقوم بحظر اي بي مواقع مشاهدة الافلام مباشرة وبالتالى بالخطا حظرت ايبيهات Cloudflare
لذلك يجب الاتصال بشركات الانترنت والتبليغ بهذا او كلاود فلير تتواصل مع الانترنت فى مصر
او قد يكون مقصود حظر الكلاود فلير فى مصر !

حل المشكلة :

عطل البروكسي Proxy
او قم بعمل Pause Cloudflare وانتظر دقائق وهيعمل الموقع بشكل سليم
او
وهناك حل انك تغير DNS الى كلاود فلير على الراوتر وهيعمل معك
اما اذا قمت بتغييره على السيرفر هيعمل على جميع المواقع ولكن الايميلات هتتوقف
لان ابيهات كلاود فلير تعمل للمواقع فقط امام الايميلات Blocked
او
هناك حل انك تجبر الدومين الخاص بك على الكلاود فلير ان يستخدم
اي بي محدد Proxy حيث انه ياخذ الاي بي بشكل عشوائي
فابحث عن احد المواقع التى تعمل واستخدم الاي بي الخاص بهم

الخطط المدفوعة لا تواجه نفس المشكلة كونها تعمل علي مجموعة ip مختلفة
ولكن اضح ان هذا غير صحيح

i was using google dns, just now when i changed to Cloudflare dns and used these commandes in CMD, sites including yours is working fine for me.
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
NETSH winsock reset catalog
NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log
NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

I find out how to fix that your website cannot be reached or doesn’t work when connecting with Cloudflare and works fine when you disconnect Cloudflare, in some countries particularly in Egypt Internet service providers have this issue with Cloudflare, and I want to share how I fix it with who is experiencing this issue, folow the stps
1-Go to your Windows network properties and change the internal IPV4 protocol to Cloudflare IPV4 (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1), then click apply (see screenshots)
2. Go to Google Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Use Secure DNS >and choose Custom >then Select from the drop-down box Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), do the same from your phone, open any google page from the 3 dots up, go to setting and do the same .
then try your website by laptop and phone it will works fine with Cloudflare.

From my observation over the last couple of years, Cloudflare intermittently has issues in Egypt requiring you to turn off the automatic IP assigned by and manually set Cloudflare IPs on your DNS with IPs that actually work.

Although above can let you fix the connection issues between your site users and Cloudflare, you’re then going to have an issue with Cloudflare reverse proxying to your origin because the with manual entry of Cloudflare IPs. The solution to overcome that is to then creating another record in your DNS for the origin server IP and then use ResolveOverride to route the traffic in your domain to the IP of the origin server.

Ideally Cloudflare would have sufficient monitoring systems in place to detect such issues and automatically update the DNS of IPs.

you can manually change the IP’s as I’ve said in a few posts up.
Maybe people aren’t understanding my post so I’ll explain now with an example to help you understand.
Step 1, find the Cloudflare IP’s you want to use. Can do this by searching the DNS of another domain using Cloudflare. For this example I’ll use 104.24.176.7 which is just one of the IP’s from A cdnjs.com

Step 2, update your DNS in Cloudflare.
Add the IP(s) for your Cloudflare as unproxied. And create a new DNS entry for your origin server; make sure your origin DNS entry is proxied to avoid leaking your IP.

Step 3, create a Cloudflare Worker to tie together the traffic on Cloudflare IP to your Origin IP.

Step 4, add the Worker Routes.

Once steps 1-4 have been completed then you can test with different IP’s to find better performance and optimise which Cloudflare POP’s your users are connecting to on different ISPs.
This is also great for India and China for improving users performance connecting to Cloudflare.
For India sometimes the users ISP will send the traffic outside the country having slow speeds and high latency; changing the IPs they connect on can more often connect them to domestic datacenters.

For China this can also be helpful where 104.x IP’s are sometimes blocked and requires changing in order for your customers in China to actually connect.
For Egypt this is useful as per the exact issue this thread is about.
