المشكلة :
هناك بعض الايميلات فى حساب العميل لاتفتح وتنتقل الى صفحة login مرة اخري
ولاتسمح بالدخول بالباسورد رغم انه صحيح !
One email account for a domain cannot be logged into via an email client or Webmail, while other email accounts work. This includes the "Access Webmail" function in cPanel.
سبب المشكلة :
Often this is caused by the account being blocked by cPHulk Brute Force Protection.
In "WHM » Security Center » cPHulk Brute Force Protection" under the "History Reports" tab, an entry for the connecting IP and address will be shown.
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cphulkd.log will have a message similar to the following:
info [cPhulkd] Login Blocked: Too many failures for this username for this authentication database. [Service]=[dovecot] [Local IP Address]=[127.0.0.1] [Local Port]=[143] [Local User triggering request]= [Remote IP Address]=[127.0.0.1] [Remote Port]=[37006] [Authentication Database]=[mail] [Username]=[[email protected]] (18/3 failures) (blocked until [DATE])
[U]حل المشكلة :
فى whm داخل cPhulk احذف اى حظر معمول وهيتم حل المشكلة فى الحال

If email username and password are correct, it is possible that login failure is caused by either cPHulk block or email account login suspension. You should be able to manage email account suspension from cPanel (cPanel >> Home >> Email >> Email Accounts > Manage Suspension). Also check cPHulk if you have WHM access.
ثم يجب تغيير اللباسورد لتجنب حدوث Block مرة اخري
لان فى الغالب سبب المشكلة هو محاولات دخول خطا متكررة
او فيروس او اختراق للايميل
والفايروول قام بحظره
ويفضل عمل ريستارت Services للسيرفر
