ما الفرق بين Private و Public
Private — Private archives exist for this mailing list. The administrator must approve subscriptions, and the Mailman interface does not display the mailing list.
Public — Public archives exist for this mailing list. The subscriptions are open and the Mailman interface displays the list.

المشكلة :
Every time someone sends an oversize email, i will only receive the email to approve 24 hours later.
حل المشكلة :
While logged into the Mailman administrative panel, browse to the "General Options" area. You can modify the value for the following option: "Maximum length in kilobytes (KB) of a message body. Use 0 for no limit." This will allow you to ensure messages over a specific size are not automatically queued or deleted.
