السي بانال WHM/cPanel توقف بعد ريستارت السيرفر cPanel not Starting / Lunching
تشغيل cpanel - السسيرفر يعمل اما cpanel لا - امر تشغيل cpanel
start cPanel service - cpanel Services not started - Failed to start cPanel
whm / cpanel is not opening - can't start cPanel

المشكلة :
السيرفر ارسل ايميل New Security Advisor notifications with High importance
The system’s core libraries or services have been updated. Reboot the server to ensure the system benefits from these updates.
بعد عمل reboot السيرفر هنج على صفحة سوداء ولم يعمل ريستارت وظل مدة طويلة
مع العلم ان هذا السيرفر من نوع HDD بطىء على شركة Interserver
فتطلب الدخول على Remote Console Preview وعمل reset
ثم اختفت الشاشة السوداء وتم الدخول على اللينكس لكن لم يعمل cpanel !
* ملحوظة يحدث هذا مع تحديث Kernal
لا نعلم اذا اخذ وقت اطول كان هيعمل من نفسه ام لا بسبب بطىء الهارد
حل المشكلة :
ادخل هذا الامر لتشغيل cpanel وهيعمل فى دقيقة السيرفر
service cpanel start
ثم يفضل عمل Rebuild RPM Database
وتحديث cpanel
