المشكلة :

عند حدوث مشكلة فى برنامج سيمانتك Symantec Endpoint Protection
منها تعطل update مثلا هذا دليل على خلل فى البرنامج لا يصلح بـ repair
وبيتطلب حذف البرنامج كاملا ولكن بعد عمل Unistall تجد البرنامج كما هو لم يحذف !
