المشكلة :

عند فتح الباورشل لا يفتح او لا يستجيب او يظهر خطا
والسبب هو ان user رغم انه ادمن الا ان هناك خلل فى الصلاحيات يجب حلها بادمن جدبد.

حل المشكلة :

اعمل user جديد واجعله admin وهتجد ان الشيل يعمل

تم التجربة وهى الطريقة الوحيدة مجرب 100 %
