المشكلة :

فى ويندوز 10 فقط ... السكان لا يعمل / لا يظهر ... السبب SMB

الحلول :

1- داخل network sharing فى all network غير التشفير الى ضعيف 56 بدل من 128
2- استخدم الاي بي ولا تستخدم اسم الجهاز فى الاستدعاء
3- بعد تفعيل smb 1 من install programs يجب الذهاب الى regedit وتفعيله من هناك ايضا
4- استخدم telnet لتنفيذ msh> smb client auth 1 msh> smb client port 445 msh> logout
5- يمكنك استخدام بديل smb وهو scan to FTP
6- اعمل تحديث firmware ان وجدت هناك تحديث فى الغالب لن تجد
7- اذا كان لديك جهاز ماي كلاود المخصص للباك اب استخدمه لعمل سكان عليه.

8- اذا كان لديك جهاز عليه ويندوز 7 او لينكس استخدمه لتخزين سكان عليه.
9- استخدم كابل USB port كتوصيل مباشر

أفضل حل ؟ استخدم جهاز تخزين خارجي مثل WD MyCloud لتخزين السكان عليه
او عرف السكان على ويندوز 7 واعمل له share لباقى الاجهزة

This is probably an SMB and NTLM version issue. We have some of the same printers (Ricoh C3002 through 3004 series)
and had the same issue - SMB shares just stopped working across most of our printer fleet.
Ricoh didn't have a clue and it took me a few weeks of various network and server tweaks to find the problem.
The issue is that the printer is trying to use NTLM and the server is expecting NTLMv2.
There is no option in the printer GUI to fix this, or wasn't last I looked.



The fix?

Telnet to the printer and log in using the same credentials you use to administrate the web GUI.

Enter command:

smb

It will probably spit back something like this:

msh> smb
Workgroup Name : WORKGROUP
Computer Name :
Comment :
Notification : Off
Protocol : IPv4
Client Port : 139
Client Auth Level : 0
Client WSD Browse : Off
Client Write Mode : Async

If you see Client Auth Level: 0 and Client Port: 139 you found your problem.

You will want to change the Client Auth Level to 1 or higher (on my C3004's it needs level 2 to work, the 3003's might only support 1).
This sets them to use NTLMv2 first.

You also need to change the SMB client port to 445 instead of 139.

Enter commands:

smb client auth 1

and

smb client port 445

Then do:

 logout

And answer

 yes

when it asks if you want to save.

Domain name on the MFP MUST be exactly correct in interface settings. If it is not, then DNS requests from the MFP will be ignored. I had a school system this last fall where some MFP were scanning some were not. I found that the ones that were not had .org at the end of the domain not .com. I had gotten the .org from their email addresses. It was their Google Apps domain not the local domain. First DNS entry must be the local DNS server, usually the Domain server. Scan to folder must be by computer name. Scan to IP address has been blocked since a Server update last summer.
