السي بانال WHM/CPanel حل مشكلة Warning: quota file /path/to/quota does not exist
Warning: quota file /path/to/quota does not exist; skipping



المشكلة

When performing any of the following:
- Backup Account
- Restore Account
- Transfer Account with the Transfer Tool
- Suspend Account
- Unsuspend Account

You may see a warning that looks similar to the following:

[2021-02-03 22:28:41 +0000] info [suspendacct] Quota file /home/cpaneluser/etc/example.com/quota does not exist; skipping

هذا الخطا يظهر عند عمل unsuspend لحساب محدد يعطى Not found
بعد عمل فك حظر يظهل هكذا لمدة ربع ساعة ثم يعمل بكل سليم.

من خلال هذا الامر

nano /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

ثم الضغط على f6 والبحث عن اسم user / التاريخ

حل المشكلة



rebuild your system’s quota files. Click the click here link, or, if the interface does not display a link, use WHM’s Initial Quota Setup interface (WHM >> Home >> Server Configuration >> Initial Quota Setup).
