If youre getting the message that your API key isnt valid,
the first thing you should check is to make sure youre using the correct API key
. You can log into your accounts API Key Page to find your current API key.


If thats not the issue, then you should also check to make sure that communication is allowed between your server and ours.

by your host, server, security plugin, or any kind of firewall:
