إلا إذا أنشأت حساب جديد وهناك من يقول عند إنشاء

حملة جديدة تستطيع تغيير العملة لكن هذا غير صحيح, أنظر سياسات adwords

Please note that the currency you select will apply to both billing and payment. Therefore, if you select US dollars, payment will be requested and accepted only in US dollars. Once you have selected a currency for your account, it won't be possible to change the currency again later. Also note that in some cases the currency you select will affect the payment options available to you
